When ordering from Brow & Body Studio your information is secure from the moment you enter the website. All personal information is encrypted and stored in a secured database with maximum security.

Training Courses
All training classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refunds will not be issued for completed in-person classes, virtual, or pre-recorded module courses. 

Cancellations/Exchanges/Refunds

For exchanges on waist trainers, you will have 5 days from the date the order was received to return your items/merchandise for exchanges only. The return shipping and reshipping costs will not be free and will be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges can only be issued if the item is still in stock.

All items/merchandise is inspected before shipping for any damages. We will not accept any returns that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered. No exceptions!

The original invoice and/or packing slip must be included with the item/merchandise you are returning.

Order Cancellations should be requested within 3 hours of purchase. To change items on your order it must be before the item is shipped.

Restock Requests

If there is an item that you would like to be restocked, use the "Contact Us" form located on the homepage. Be sure to include the item description & item number.
